Charge Handover Completed Successfully and First ECM Meeting Held

The formal charge handover to the newly elected BHEEA Office Bearers and Executive Committee Members was completed successfully.

Following the completion of the handover, the newly elected BHEEA body commenced its official functioning, and the first ECM meeting was held on 09.09.2026 at the Union Office.

As part of the first meeting, one of the key agenda items was the formation of the New Year Gift Selection Committee.

The committee has been formed to identify, review, and shortlist suitable gift options for the upcoming New Year gift distribution.

The following members have been nominated to the Gift Selection Committee:

1. Govindaraju
2. Raja
3. Shwetha
4. Salmankhan
5. Manohara

The nominated committee will review suitable gift options and bring the shortlisted choices for further discussion in the Union Committee meeting.

The final gift selection will be made after the required discussion and consideration.

The objective is to begin the process early and complete the selection in time, so that the New Year gift distribution can be carried out without unnecessary delay.

With the successful completion of the charge handover and the commencement of the first ECM meeting, the newly elected BHEEA body has formally begun its activities for the new term.
