BHEEA Election 2026 – Pending Tie Results Resolved Through Lucky Dip

The pending tie results from the BHEEA Election 2026 have now been resolved through the prescribed lucky dip process.

During the election held on 27.08.2026, the following posts had resulted in a tie:

General Secretary:
1. Magendran
2. Naveen

Executive Committee Member:
1. Shankaregowda
2. Yogeesha

Following the tie, the matter was taken through the required legal and procedural process.

After receiving the necessary clarification, the Returning Officer completed the required formalities and explained the procedure to the concerned candidates.

The lucky dip was then conducted as per the applicable Rule 41 procedure under the supervision of the Returning Officer.

Final Results:

General Secretary:
Magendran was selected through the lucky dip and declared the winner.

Executive Committee Member:
Shankaregowda was selected through the lucky dip and declared the winner.
